What happens at the desk

From petition to decree

  1. Your petition lands on the founder's desk. We don't ask for your name, email or number.
  2. A few changes are chosen and made each week. Not every petition is made, and no date or timeline is promised.
  3. Every change that's made is announced publicly in the decree ledger as a numbered City Decree.
  4. The ledger doesn't show the text of the petition. It shows the decree summary written by the founder, the date of the decree and the number of days from petition to change.
