Block and report.
Everywhere, alwaysThere's no separate safety screen to go hunting for. Wherever a person or a piece of content appears, blocking and reporting sit on that same card, one tap away.
A Moment.
The menu sits on the post itself. Report it, pick a reason, and it goes to review without you leaving the feed.
A Flash.
A Flash is gone in a day anyway, but you don't have to wait it out. The same menu is right there while it's playing.
A message.
A conversation can be reported from inside the chat. Block the sender and the messages stop with it.
A comment.
Comments carry their own menu, so one line under a post can be dealt with on its own, without touching the post.

Every report is reviewed. If it confirms a breach of the guidelines, the content is removed and stays out of the feed.
Depending on how serious it is, the account behind it can be limited or removed as well. If the review finds no breach, the content stays where it is.
Decisions can be wrong, so every one of them can be argued with. The decision email carries a link to the appeal form on this site; open the form without that link and it says so and stops there.

Go invisible without going anywhere. Nobody sees you moving around the world until you switch it back off.

Deleting your account can't be undone and there's no waiting period. Your account closes at once, your profile and posts leave everyone's view, and you can't log back in.

New accounts arrive through someone who is already here. It doesn't make bad behaviour impossible, but it makes throwaway accounts a great deal more expensive.
