About community guidelines

BeMatrx is a social mobile application where you live a chosen life. Our community guidelines exist to protect that experience for everyone.

What's not allowed

The following is prohibited on BeMatrx:

  • Harassment and bullying: Targeting someone with abuse, threats, or unwanted contact.
  • Hate speech: Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Violence and graphic content: Depicting real or threatened violence, gore, or self-harm.
  • Sexual content and nudity: Sexual content, including suggestive images.
  • Child safety violations: Any content involving minors in inappropriate ways. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, brand, or organization without permission.
  • Spam and scams: Unwanted bulk content, phishing, or financial scams.
  • Illegal activities: Promoting or facilitating illegal activities.
  • Account abuse: Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate ratings, or harass others.

Expected behavior

Keep BeMatrx welcoming by:

  • Being respectful in interactions
  • Reporting violations when you see them
  • Not sharing others' private information
  • Keeping your content appropriate for a diverse audience

When content is removed

We remove content that violates our guidelines. Depending on the severity, we may also:

  • Warn the user
  • Temporarily restrict the user's access
  • Permanently ban the user

If you see content or behavior that violates our guidelines, report it. See How to report inappropriate content.

Evolving guidelines

Community guidelines may be updated over time as new situations arise. We will notify users of significant changes.
