Appealing a banned account

If your account has been banned and you believe it was a mistake, you can submit an appeal.

How to submit an appeal

  1. Send an email to support@bematrx.com from the email address associated with the banned account.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your BeMatrx ID (if known)
    • The date you received the ban notice
    • A clear explanation of why you believe the ban was in error
    • Any supporting information

What happens after your appeal

Our team will review your appeal. During the review:

  • Your account remains banned
  • We may request additional information
  • We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe

Possible outcomes

After review, we may:

  • Uphold the ban: If we find the ban was correct, your account will remain banned.
  • Reverse the ban: If we find the ban was in error, your account will be restored.
  • Adjust the ban: In some cases, a permanent ban may be changed to temporary.

Tips for a successful appeal

  • Be honest and provide full context
  • Don't create a new account to bypass the ban — this makes your appeal less likely to succeed
  • Stay respectful in your communication with our team
  • Avoid repeating the violation while your appeal is under review

If your appeal is denied

If we uphold the ban, the decision is final. You cannot submit another appeal for the same ban. You will not be able to create a new BeMatrx account associated with the banned email or identity.
