When an account is banned, the user loses access to BeMatrx. Bans are issued for violations of our community guidelines.
Types of bans
- Temporary ban: The account is suspended for a set period. The user regains access when the suspension ends.
- Permanent ban: The account is permanently closed. The user cannot access BeMatrx from that account again.
Common reasons for bans
- Repeated harassment or bullying
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Distributing graphic or illegal content
- Serious violations involving minors
- Impersonation
- Repeated spam or scam behavior
- Creating multiple accounts to evade previous bans
- Coordinated rating or follow manipulation
What happens when your account is banned
- You'll see a message when you try to sign in, explaining the ban
- You cannot access your messages, Moments, or other content
- Your profile is removed from public view
- Depending on the ban type, your data may be preserved during the suspension or deleted
