BeMatrx relies on reports from users to identify content and behavior that violates our community guidelines. Reporting helps keep the platform safe for everyone.
What to report
Report anything that violates our guidelines, including:
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Nudity or sexual content
- Violence or graphic content
- Spam or scams
- Impersonation
- Content involving minors in inappropriate ways
- Illegal activities

How to report a Moment, Story, or comment
- Tap the menu icon on the content (three dots).
- Tap
Report. - Choose the reason for your report.
- Add any additional details if needed.
- Tap
Submit.
How to report a user
- Open the user's profile.
- Tap the menu icon.
- Tap
Report. - Choose the reason.
- Submit the report.
What happens after you report
Our team reviews reports as quickly as possible. Depending on the violation, we may:
- Remove the content
- Warn the user
- Temporarily or permanently ban the user's account
You will not receive a detailed update on the outcome of your report, but you may receive a confirmation that we've reviewed it.
Anonymous reporting
When you report a user or their content, your identity is not shared with the reported user. Reporting is confidential.
Reporting urgent or illegal issues
For urgent safety issues (such as credible threats or illegal content involving minors), email our safety team at support@bematrx.com in addition to using the in-app report feature.
