Delete Your Account

You can delete your BeMatrx account at any time from within the app. Account deletion is immediate and permanent.

Once you confirm deletion:

• Your profile, content, messages, and activity are removed from active systems instantly.
• Your account cannot be recovered. There is no waiting period, cancellation window, or reactivation option.
• Other users will no longer be able to find your profile, view your content, or message you.

How to Delete

1. Open BeMatrx and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete Account.
3. Read the confirmation, then confirm.

Deletion completes the moment you confirm.

What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account, your data is removed from BeMatrx's active systems immediately. Encrypted technical backups maintained by our infrastructure provider follow their standard rotation cycle and are not user-accessible. Anonymized log and error data may be retained for limited security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Before You Delete

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to take a break, consider:

• Ghost Mode — hide your activity while keeping your account.
• Private profile — limit who can find and message you.
• Notifications off — go quiet without losing your data.

If you still want to delete, the option is in Settings.

This Account Deletion policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of any conflict between different language versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
