BeLocal is the part of BeMatrx that reaches into the physical world. Locals open a listing in their city; travellers and newcomers ask them for practical help. Everything else in BeMatrx stays inside the app — this doesn't.

Opening your own listing
Open BeLocal, go to My Profile, and turn on Join BeLocal. Write a line or two about yourself — the languages you speak, what you love about your city — and pick the kinds of help you can offer. Then activate the listing.
To host you need a verified account, a minimum level, a home city set, and a clean record. If you have an active penalty you can't host until it's over.
Asking someone for help
- Open BeLocal and browse the
Directoryfor your city. - Tap
Ask for Helpon someone's listing. - Choose the type of help and add a short note.
- Send the request and wait for their answer.
Requests you send or receive live under the Requests tab, with a status: pending, accepted, declined, completed, or cancelled.
Finishing a favour
When it's done, both sides confirm. Once you both have, the favour counts as complete and the BeCoin reward is paid out by BeMatrx. Money never changes hands between users — that's a rule, not a suggestion.
References
After a completed favour, either side can write a reference. References are public and permanent — they stay on the BeLocal profile for anyone to read. Write them honestly; they're what makes the directory trustworthy.
Tiers
As you complete favours and collect references you move up: Friend → Trusted Friend → City Ambassador.
Trip plans
Under the Trips tab you can plan a trip — where from, where to, which week, and why (tourism, education, business, an event) — and other people can ask to join.
Your exact dates stay private. The discover list only shows the city, the week, and the purpose; only members you've accepted see the real dates. You can cancel a trip, leave one, or mark it complete when it's over.
