Buying and selling on BeZaar

BeZaar is the marketplace between players. People sell things from their own inventory, usually cheaper than the shop.

Browsing

Two scopes: This city and Other cities. Filter by category — books, food, sweets, hot drinks, soft drinks, wine & beer, spirits, cocktails — or by career. Sort by newest, price, or biggest discount.

Each listing shows the seller, the BeShop price for comparison, and a discount badge like -30% so you can see the saving at a glance.

Buying

Add things to your cart and pay, or use Buy on a listing. You can't buy your own listing, and if something sells while it's in your cart, the app removes it and tells you.

Buying from another city

Listings from elsewhere are delivered rather than handed over. Shipping costs money and takes hours — both are shown on the listing — and there's one shipping fee per city, not per item. The item reaches your inventory when delivery finishes.

If you change cities while items from elsewhere are in your cart, they're removed and the app says so.

Selling

1. Tap Sell and pick something from your inventory.
2. Set the quantity and the price.
3. Tap List for Sale.

The price screen helps you decide: it shows the shop price, the current market average, a quick sale figure, and a histogram of what things are going for.

Your listings

My Listings shows what you have up and what has sold. Remove Listing pulls something off the market and puts it back in your inventory.

Purchases

My Purchases tracks what you've bought, including anything still on its way from another city. See Shopping on BeShop.
