A Moment is a post that stays on your profile. Unlike a Flash, it doesn't disappear.
Posting a Moment
- Tap the
+button in the middle of the tab bar and chooseMoment. - Pick a mode — Spotlight or Alchemy (see below).
- Add your photo or video, and edit it if you like — crop, rotate, flip, or change the aspect ratio.
- Write a caption, and add a location if you like.
- Tap send.
The two modes
Spotlight
A real photo or video, taken with your camera or chosen from your library — real life is what this world runs on.
Alchemy
AI turns a photo of yours into artwork. Pick an image from your library, or use Scan Document to capture a ticket, receipt, or document. Alchemy Moments are always labelled AI-Generated so everyone can tell.
There's a daily limit on Alchemy Moments; the app shows how many you have left. Spotlight Moments have no daily limit.
Both modes earn the same XP. The mode you pick changes what your Moment is, not what it's worth.
Stamina
Posting a Moment costs stamina. If your character is out of stamina, you'll see Not Enough Stamina — wait for it to recover and try again. See About stamina and mood.
After you post
Your Moment appears in your followers' feeds and on your profile, and can be found in search. People can like, comment on, rate, and save it. See Commenting and reacting on posts.
Downloading or deleting
Open the Moment on your profile and tap the menu. If the Moment has a photo, you can tap Download Image; you can always tap Delete Moment. Captions can’t be edited after posting. Deleted Moments cannot be recovered.
