Colour-blindness mode
BeMatrx uses colour to mean things — money in and out, venue types, badges. Colour-blindness mode adjusts those meaningful colours for the type you choose:
- Red-green
- Blue-yellow
- Off
If your phone already has a colour filter or correction switched on, you may not need this as well — the app says so on the screen.
Reduce motion
Minimises animations and transitions across the app.
Haptic feedback
Turns the vibration response on taps and actions on or off.
Screen reader hints
Adds extra context for VoiceOver and TalkBack, so screens describe themselves more fully.
Your device settings
Text size, bold text, and the screen reader itself are handled by your phone. The accessibility screen links straight through to the system settings for those.
Coming later
Some toggles on the screen are marked as arriving in a future update — increase contrast, text size inside the app, and skipping flashing content. They're visible so you know what's planned.
