You can change the email address associated with your BeMatrx account at any time. This is important if you no longer have access to your old email or want to use a different one.
How to change your email
- Open
Settings. - Tap
Edit Profile. - Tap the email field.
- Enter your new email address.
- Enter your current password to confirm.
- Tap
Save.
Verifying your new email
After you enter a new email address, BeMatrx will send a verification link to the new address. You must tap the link to complete the change.
Until you verify the new email:
- Your old email remains active
- You can continue signing in with your old email
- You will not receive important account notices at the new email
After your new email is verified
Once verified:
- Your old email is removed from your account
- All future notifications will go to your new email
- You must use the new email to sign in
If you no longer have access to your old email
If you can't access your old email and can't log in to BeMatrx to change it, email support@bematrx.com from your new email address. Our support team will help you recover your account.

Always keep your email address current. Your email is used for:
- Signing in
- Password resets
- Important account notices
- Security alerts
