You can delete your BeMatrx account from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there's no waiting period or recovery option.
How to delete
- Open
Settings. - Tap
Account→Delete Account. - Confirm.
The moment you confirm, your account is gone.
What gets removed
- Your profile and content
- Your messages and conversations
- Your activity history
- Your followers and follows
Other users won't be able to find you, view your content, or message you anymore.
What about backups?
Encrypted technical backups maintained by our infrastructure provider follow their standard rotation cycle and aren't user-accessible. Anonymized log data may be kept briefly for security purposes — none of it identifies you personally.
Before you delete
Deletion can't be undone. If you just want a break, try Ghost Mode or set your profile to private instead. If you're sure, the option is in Settings.
