You can take a copy of your BeMatrx data with you, at any time, without asking anyone.
Downloading it
- Open
Settings>Personal information. - Tap
Download my data. - Confirm. The app prepares the file and opens a share sheet.
Your account data comes out as a JSON file — a plain text format you can keep, open, or move somewhere else. From the share sheet you can save it to your phone, put it in a cloud drive, or email it to yourself.
What else you can ask for
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correction, deletion, restriction, or objection under GDPR, CCPA, KVKK, or a local law. Those requests go to privacy@bematrx.com, and the full picture is in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting instead
Deleting your account is a separate, permanent action. Download your data first if you want a copy — after deletion it's gone. See How to delete your account.
