About your BeMatrx ID

Every BeMatrx account has a unique BeMatrx ID — a permanent number that identifies your account. Your BeMatrx ID is similar to a phone number in other messaging apps: it's your address on the platform.

What your BeMatrx ID is for

Your BeMatrx ID:

• Uniquely identifies your account across the platform
• Can be used by other community members to find and contact you
• Is permanent and cannot be changed once assigned
• Is separate from your character's name

Where to find your BeMatrx ID

1. Open the BeMatrx app.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Your BeMatrx ID appears below your character's name.

Copying and sharing your BeMatrx ID

You can tap your BeMatrx ID to copy it to your device's clipboard. Once copied, you can paste it into any other app (messaging, email, social media) to share with someone who wants to find you.

Finding someone by their BeMatrx ID

When someone shares their BeMatrx ID with you:

1. Open the Messages tab or any user-search feature.
2. Enter their BeMatrx ID in the search bar.
3. Tap their profile to view it or send a message request.

Why BeMatrx ID is permanent

A permanent ID ensures:

• Your followers and friends can always find you, even if you change your career path
• Messages, moments, and connections remain linked to your account
• There's no risk of someone taking over your identity if you switch your career

BeMatrx ID vs. character name

• Your BeMatrx ID is a fixed number and never changes.
• Your character name is the display name other users see.
