Editing your profile

Your profile is your personal page on BeMatrx. It's where other users learn about you and your character.

Editing your profile

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. Update any of the fields listed below.
4. Tap Save.

Fields you can edit

• Email: The email address associated with your account. After entering a new email, a verification link is sent. If the link doesn't arrive, tap Resend verification email.
• Phone number: Optional. SMS verification coming soon.
• Website: A personal or professional link
• Social links: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter)
• Gender visibility: Whether your gender is shown on your profile
• Language: Your language preference is managed under Settings > Language

What you cannot edit from this screen

• Your BeMatrx ID (permanent, cannot be changed)
• Your character name (name changes are not currently available)
• Your password (see Changing your password)

Social links

Connecting your other social media accounts helps other users find you. You can link to:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• X (Twitter)

Social links appear on your profile and open in the respective apps when tapped.

Privacy considerations

Information you add to your profile is visible to anyone who can view your profile. Don't share sensitive personal information, such as your phone number, home address, or financial details. See Controlling who can see your profile.
