About traveling between cities

You can travel from your main city to any other city in BeMatrx. Travel is a core part of exploring the world and expanding your social network.

Ways to travel

BeMatrx offers three modes of travel:

• Bus — The cheapest option, but the slowest
• Train — Moderate speed and cost
• Flight — The fastest option, but more expensive

The best choice depends on your budget, available time, and how quickly you want to arrive.

One-way vs. round-trip

When you book a trip, you can choose:

• One-way: You travel to the destination and stay there until you book a return
• Round-trip: You travel to the destination and have a return ticket already booked

Round-trip tickets can be a better value if you plan to return soon.

How to travel

1. Open the World tab.
2. Tap Travel.
3. Select your destination city.
4. Choose your travel mode and trip type.
5. Confirm the trip. BeCoin will be deducted from your account. See About BeCoin.

Travel time and BeCoin

Traveling takes time — your character will be in transit before arriving at the destination. Plan your trips when you have enough BeCoin and time to make the journey.

While traveling

During transit:

• You can still access messaging and social features
• You cannot visit venues in either city until you arrive
• You'll receive a notification when you arrive

Moving to a new city

If you want to make another city your main residence, you can change your main city through your profile settings. There may be limits on how often you can change your main city.
