BeMatrx uses a handful of words that only mean something inside this app. This page collects all of them, with the same wording the app itself shows when you tap the question mark next to a word.
Sharing
Spotlight — A real photo or video from your own life. Nothing is generated, this is the honest half of the app.
Alchemy — Turns your photo into artwork with AI. It is always marked as AI, so nobody mistakes it for real life.
Moment — A permanent part of your story. It stays on your profile.
Flash — A moment that disappears after 24 hours. Nothing to live up to, it is gone by tomorrow.
Money
BeCoin — The money in this world. You earn it by living: working, doing things, being part of the city.
BeShop — The city's own store. Books, food and drinks, bought with BeCoin and delivered to your bag.
BeZaar — The second-hand market. Other players sell what they no longer need, and the price comes from the seller, not the city. It opens after launch.
People
Relationship — Where the two of you stand. Three things are tracked separately for each side: closeness, love and hate. Only what you actually do moves them.
Ghost Mode — Hides where you are and whether you are online. You can still do everything, other people just cannot see you.
Your character and the world
XP — What you collect by doing things. Enough of it and your level goes up, which opens new places and jobs.
Stamina — How much your character can do right now. It refills over time, and running out is not a punishment, just a pause.
Influence — How much weight your character carries with other people. It grows through what you do, not what you buy.
Bema — Your guide in this world. Ask anything, it answers in your language and never judges.
The question marks in the app
While your character is still below level 10, a small question mark sits next to these words in the places they come up: next to Stamina and XP on your profile, next to Flash and Moment when you start a post, next to Ghost Mode in privacy settings. Tap the word or the question mark to read the explanation, then close it with Got it.
From level 10 on the question marks stop appearing, because by then you know the words. This page does not go away, so you can always come back to it.
