The step list is a short, optional set of things you can do once the guided start is over. It lives behind a single row on your profile and keeps track of what you have already done.
Where to find it
Open the Profile tab. Just below your stats there is a row titled Keep building your life with a counter beside it, for example 2/6. Tap the row to open the full list.
The row disappears once all six are done, or if you hide the list. The list page itself stays reachable either way.
What it suggests
- Find a job — opens the job listings
- Rent a place to live — takes you to the real estate office in the city you are in
- Pick up a skill — opens the starting skill for your career
- Say hi to Bema — opens your messages so you can write to Bema
- Explore the venues — opens the venue list in the World tab
- Share your card — opens your profile card, ready to share
Nothing here is required
These are suggestions, not steps you have to clear. There is no order, so start with whichever one you like and leave the rest. Nothing else in BeMatrx is locked behind them, there is no timer, and you lose nothing by ignoring the list completely.
How items get checked off
An item is marked done when you actually do the thing, wherever you do it in the app. You never have to go through this list to get the check.
For four of them — the job, the home, the skill and the message to Bema — BeMatrx also checks your account, so anything you did before the list existed shows up as done. Checks are only ever added, never removed.
Hiding the list
At the bottom of the list there is a Don't show these again button. It removes the row from your profile permanently. Nothing else changes: items you finished stay finished, and everything on the list is still available in its normal place in the app.
Bringing it back
Go to Settings > Preferences and tap Show the steps again. That row only appears while the list is hidden.
