If you're having trouble signing up for BeMatrx, try the solutions below.
I can't receive the verification email
If the verification email hasn't arrived within a few minutes:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address on the sign-up screen
- Add
no-reply@bematrx.comto your email's safe senders list - Try using a different email address
The verification link doesn't work
Verification links are valid for a limited time. If your link has expired, tap Resend verification email in Settings > Edit Profile or restart the sign-up process.
If the link still doesn't work, try opening it in a different browser, or copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar.
I get an "email already in use" error
This means an account already exists with that email address. You have two options:
- Sign in to the existing account. If you don't remember your password, tap
Forgot passwordon the sign-in screen. - Use a different email address.
If you suspect someone else created an account with your email, contact our support team at support@bematrx.com.
My password isn't accepted
BeMatrx passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least 1 number and 1 special character, and cannot be identical to your email address.
The app crashes during sign-up
Try these steps:
- Make sure your app is up to date. Check the Google Play Store or App Store for updates.
- Close the app completely and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Check your internet connection.
- If the problem continues, see Reporting a bug.
I don't meet the age requirement
BeMatrx has a minimum age requirement, which may vary depending on your region. If you don't meet the requirement for your region, you will not be able to create an account. See About age requirements.

If you can't access your account and the app's help options aren't working, you can email our support team directly at support@bematrx.com. This is the best way to reach us when you're locked out.
