Reporting a bug

If you encounter a bug or technical issue in BeMatrx, we'd love to hear about it.

Before reporting

Try these quick fixes first:

  1. Close and reopen the app.
  2. Make sure the app is up to date from the App Store or Play Store.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Check your internet connection.

If the issue continues, report it.

How to report a bug

Email us at support@bematrx.com with the subject line "Bug Report."

What to include

A helpful bug report includes:

  • What happened: A clear description of the issue.
  • What you expected: What you thought should happen.
  • Steps to reproduce: Numbered steps to show the issue (if you can).
  • Your device and OS: For example, "iPhone 14, iOS 17.2" or "Samsung Galaxy S22, Android 14".
  • App version: Find this at the bottom of the Settings screen.
  • Screenshots or recordings: Visuals help us understand the problem faster.
  • Frequency: Does it happen every time, or only sometimes?

What happens next

Our team will investigate. We may:

  • Ask for additional details
  • Confirm the issue and add it to our fix list
  • Let you know when a fix is available

We don't always respond to every bug report individually, but every report helps us improve the app.
