How to sign up for BeMatrx

To use BeMatrx, you need to create an account. Signing up is free and takes only a few minutes.

You don't need an invitation. Anyone can create an account — there's no invite code and no waiting list. If a friend brought you here, see Inviting friends for how to make their invitation count.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

• A valid email address you can access
• A strong password that meets the password requirements (see below)
• Your date of birth, so we can check the minimum age requirement

Password requirements

Your BeMatrx password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Contain at least 1 lowercase letter
• Contain at least 1 uppercase letter
• Contain at least 1 number
• Contain at least 1 special character
• Not contain your email address

Creating your account

Sign-up is a wizard with five steps. You can go back to an earlier step at any time, and if you close the app the wizard picks up where you left off.

1. Open the BeMatrx app on your device and tap Create Account on the sign-in screen.
2. Account — enter your email address, choose a password that meets the requirements above, and enter your date of birth.
3. Career — choose the career path your character will start with.
4. Country — choose the country you want to start in.
5. City — choose your starting city in that country.
6. Name — pick your character's first and last name to finish.

There is no separate screen for accepting the agreements. Tapping Next means you accept the BeMatrx Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Signing up with Google or Apple

Instead of an email address and password, you can sign up with your Google account, or with your Apple account on iOS. Tap the Google or Apple button on the first step. You won't need to choose a password, and you'll continue through the remaining steps of the wizard as usual.

Verifying your email

After creating your account, we'll send a verification link to the email address you provided. Open the email and tap the link to verify your address. Verifying keeps your account recoverable if you ever forget your password.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email address
• Open Settings, tap the Email Address row and tap Send Code
