How to sign up for BeMatrx

To use BeMatrx, you need to create an account. Signing up is free and takes only a few minutes.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

• A valid email address you can access
• A strong password that meets the password requirements (see below)
• Confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement

Password requirements

Your BeMatrx password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Contain at least 1 number
• Contain at least 1 special character
• Be different from your email address

Creating your account

1. Open the BeMatrx app on your device.
2. On the welcome screen, tap Sign Up.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Choose a password that meets the requirements above.
5. Enter your date of birth.
6. Confirm that the date is accurate and that you meet the minimum age requirement.
7. Read and accept the BeMatrx Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Tap Create Account.

Verifying your email

After creating your account, we'll send a verification link to the email address you provided. Open the email and tap the link to verify your address. You must verify your email before you can use all features of BeMatrx.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email address
• Tap Resend verification email in Settings > Edit Profile
